How long will my fine art purchase take to arrive?
The timeframes can vary. We will update you with the relevant information as soon as possible. The packages will be tracked.

Will my purchase look the same as the online image?
All works are reproduced as accurately as possible; however, a slight variation may occur between our website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings on your computer screen, mobile device or tablet.

What should I do when receiving my purchase?
All items and packaging need to be inspected by the client within 48 hours of delivery and any concerns addressed in writing within this timeframe.

What about custom duties and taxes for international orders?
Items shipped internationally can be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out.
